Students on the Travel Roster for an international tournament should notify their teachers at least one week in advance of the event so that classroom teachers can map out any summatives, project due dates, etc. It is the student’s responsibility to manage their academic deadlines. The Athletic Department is responsible for informing the attendance office and teachers of any early dismissals and provides Travel Rosters for any early dismissals and absence. Students are required to wear the provided HKIS “Travel Kit” on both days of travel.
